Shipping policy

We currently ship to:

  • The Netherlands (NL)
  • Belgium (BE)

If your country isn’t available at checkout, we don’t ship there yet.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation by email.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

  • Netherlands: 1–2 business days
  • Belgium: 1–3 business days

If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before placing your order at info@serae.eu and we’ll confirm what’s possible.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

Address changes

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible at info@serae.eu. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change it.

Delivery issues, delays, or lost parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@serae.eu with your order number. We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

Undeliverable or returned parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address or because it wasn’t collected after delivery attempts, we can:

  • re-ship the order (additional shipping costs may apply), or
  • refund the item price (shipping costs are non-refundable).
